Privacy Policy Statement

The protection of your personal data is a particular concern for us. We process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact with Us

If you contact us via form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Data Storage

We point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, address, and credit card number […] of the buyer. Furthermore, for the purpose of contract processing, the following data is also stored by us: company name, contact person, contact details, VAT number. The data provided by you is necessary for contract fulfillment or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data transfer to third parties does not take place, except for the transfer of credit card data and bank details to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. After the shopping process is aborted, the data stored with us is deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website..

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service “Google Analytics” of Google Ireland Limited (“Google”, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland). Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by your users. The information generated is transferred to the provider’s server (usually in the USA) and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding data processing contract with the provider. We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, thus pseudonymized. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other data from Google. Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

To improve our services and provide additional features, we use APIs from third-party providers, particularly from Facebook, Microsoft, and Google. These third-party providers may collect and process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The use of these APIs is based on the legal provisions of Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide our users with an improved and personalized user experience. For more information on data processing by these third parties, please refer to the respective privacy policies of Facebook, Microsoft, and Google.
